About ThomasI assist clients with public finance transactions as purchaser's counsel, trustee's counsel and borrower's counsel. I enjoy representing mutual funds in connection with the purchase of tax-exempt and taxable debt and representing trustees and investors in connection with workouts of defaults involving existing holdings.
My prior experience includes tax-exempt finance for governments and their agencies, 501(c)(3) organizations, other conduit borrowers, and distressed or defaulted financings.
